Due to really high order volumes, orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled once they are placed.
If you'd like to track your order, Please allow up to 3 to 6 business day for readmade orders to ship. Customised products take up to 8 to 12 days to MANUFACTURE; and then we dispatch.
please refrain from sending an email OR message regarding your customised products unless there has been a delay from the time we commited.
Exchanges We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or text us on instagram- allure_product_store
If you’d like to exchange one item in normal condition for another you can let us know about that too.
Note- Product package opening video is mandatory to claim for defects.

Please contact the respective postal carriers immediately if the package is on the way to the wrong address; they may be able to help your re-route the package. Our team unfortunately does not have the authority to change addresses.
