Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to really high order volumes, orders  cannot be changed, modified or canceled once they are placed.

 

Where's my order?

If you'd like to track your order,  Please allow up to 3 to 6 business day for readmade  orders to ship. Customised products take up to 8 to 12 days to MANUFACTURE; and then we dispatch.

please refrain from sending an email OR message regarding your customised products unless there has been a delay from the time we commited.

 

I need to return an item / make a warranty claim on my defective piece.

Exchanges We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at allureproductstore@gmail.com or text us on instagram- allure_product_store

If you’d like to exchange one item in normal condition for another you can let us know about that too.

Note- Product package opening video is mandatory to claim for defects.

 

Can I change the address for an order I placed?

Due to high order volume, addresses cannot be changed once your order is placed. Please contact the respective postal carriers immediately if the package is on the way to the wrong address; they may be able to help your re-route the package. Our team unfortunately does not have the authority to change addresses.

 

To track your order status, please check your sms , we send the tracking details once the order is shipped after the dispatch time is completed mentioned on the products page according to the product you order.
