When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A custom-made personalized order typically takes 8-12 business days to ship,dispatch time varies for all personalized items. You’ll also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your Order Confirmation email. If your order contains multiple items we will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times.      We do not use drop shipping method

Where can I find my tracking number?

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

How do I get my product polished again if its in warranty?

We do not offer pickup service of your product which have to be claimed for warranrty, to get your product repolished you will have to raise complaint by sending us a mail on allureproductstore@gmail.com Or text us on Instagram allure_product_store .
