Exchanges We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. DAMAGE PRODUCT- To replace product which was already damaged we would be needing a Parcel package opening video which proves the parcel was damaged prior opening and receiving, we can't claim or provide exchange without proof.
If the products are damaged or corroded caused by collisions or friction with hard objects, wearing the jewelry when bathing or etc, we are not responsible for any losses. And the behaviors mentioned above will not be protected by our warranty policy.We are not responsible for any losses caused by improper use, such as overstretching, or damaged caused after exposing the products to harsh chemicals or any other condistions.
If parcels get lost due to the wrong shipping address provided by customers, we will not burden any losses. Under this condition, a refund will not be available.
Due to the customized nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns. Your personalized product is designed just for you! However, if there is a defect with your order we will replace it at no additional cost,if informed within 5 days from the date of delivery. Of course, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you are unhappy with a personalized item order we ask that you reach out to our customer service team on Instagram- allure_product_store or you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to make things right.

4.Change order details or cancel order
Order placed once cannnot be cancelled or modified later after your confirmation as we begin the process right away.
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. 9. Order not received
If your order has not been received within our specified timescales, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by busy periods, seasonal or any other circumstances,tho we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time. Please note that during exceptionally busy periods or festive seasons or sales, please allow an additional day before raising a query.
Where you have ordered multiple products, we may sometimes need to deliver your products in more than one delivery.
10. Discount Coupon Code And Sale Offers.
We hold full rights to discontinue Offer code and limit it for specific time period of using it number of times. 11. A payment is marked as 'failed' but money is debited from the customer’s account. What do I do?
A payment is said to be in the 'failed' state when we do not receive a successful callback message on the transaction from the issuing bank. If the customer’s account is debited and we do not receive a successful callback, the amount will be auto-refunded by the customer’s issuing bank in 7-10 working days.
In case of a failed payment, we verify the status with the bank at regular intervals. If there is a change in status, the payment moves to the
authorized state, and a notification is sent to you and the customer.
